SUBJECT: Annual Costs -PCB Landfill
ST A TE HEALTH DIRECTOR
Attached is a copy of annual costs for routine
inspection and monitoring activities at the PCB
Landfill. The cost for final disposal of the
treatment work and surface impoundment liner has
not been calculated because it is doubtful that
it will be necessary. In any case, a worst case
basis for their disposal could run over $30,000.
I suggest that if these disposal costs are
necessary we request formal bids from contractors.
