PCB Landfill Monthly Inspection ·

Attached is a copy of the latest PCB landfill
monthly report. The NC DOT has reseeded the
landfill cap. The irrigation system is still
inoperable. In addition to the already damaged
sprinkler riser and influent line, a second
sprinkler riser appears to have been damaged
during the reseeding activity. There is, at
present, no need to operate the irrigation.system.
A semi-annual sampling event was completed. That
analytical data will be forwarded as it becomes
available.
