SUBJECT: Monthly Inspection -PCB Landfill
Attached is a copy of the May inspection form for the
PCB landfill. As indicated, DOT has contacted me about
reseeding the cap in the near future. Also, the irrigation
system is nonfunctional. But, there is virtually no
treated water to irrigate with.
