ST A TE HEAL TH DIRECTOR April 12, 1984 SUBJECT: Routine Monthly Inspection of PCB Landfill A routine monthly inspection of the State's PCB landfill in Warren County was conducted on April 2, 1984. Attached is a copy of the inspection sheet. A decision on reseed- ing the cap should be made very soon before the weather gets too hot. The irrigation system is still inoperable and will remain so until the ruptured line is replaced and the broken riser repaired. Copies of the treatment works analyses will be forwarded to you upon their availability. Mr. Andy Giles (Attorney General's Office) should receive a copy of the inspection sheet.
