Attached please find analyses of PCB landfill treatment works
influent and effluent from the March 7, 1984, pumping event.
Mr. William Phillips (Assistant to the Secretary, Department
of Crime Control and Public Safety) needs to be requested to
send copies of future landfill inspection reports to Mr. Andy
Giles of the Attorney General's office. Mr. Giles is involved
with the Ward litigation and is making copies of these reports
available to the defendant's attorneys.
