Our staff has reviewed your request for our
Department of_ Transportation to perform certain maintenance
functions at the Warren Count•· PCB Landfill and determined
that we can carry out those responsibilities.
SECRETARY
By cop'y of this letter to Mr. C. C. Painter, Di vision
Engineei, I am requesting that his forces routinely perform
the foll owing functions:
(1 ) Maintain the access road, landfill fence
and gate in good working condition.
(2) Maintain a vegetative cover over the
landfill such that erosion is prevented
and including two mowings of the cap
annually.
