PCB Landfill, Warren County In order for the State of North Carolina to comply wi th the post- closure conditions of the federal TSCA permit for operation of a PCB landfill, documentation must be provided that verifies the facility is in compliance with state erosion control and sedimentation standards. I am, therefore, requesting that your staff inspect the facility and provide a report of your inspection to Mr. William W. Phillips, Jr., Assistant to the Secretary, Department of Crime Control and Public Safety, and myself. I would appreciate your prompt response to this request as I am operating under a permit closure requirement time constraint and a tele- phone call to your office concerning this subject in late June has·, as yet, generated no response.
