Dear Al:
Enclosed is the test result of the influent water sample before
filtration taken from the upper leachate collection system on June 1,
1983. The effluent from the filtration system was not analyzed
because the sample bottle was broken when received at the laboratory.
As you can see, however, the analysis indicates less than l part per
billion PCB before filtering.

Enclosed are test results of water samples taken from the upper
leachate collection system on May 25, 1983. As indicated the effluent
sample from the filtration system contained l ess than 1 part per billion
PCB.
