Dear Al:
I would like to request the transfer of funds (spec ifically
$550.00) from a travel line item to an equipment line item. The
money would be used to purchase pumps and associated equipment
that would be permanently installed in t he landfill 's leachate
collection systems (see enclosure). This equipment is necessary
to remove and keep removed rainwater collected in the dump during
construction.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
