Conversations I had today with Oan .Biechler an
Jimmy .Lineberger indicated their concern about securfty
during the planned demonstration at 3:00 on Septtmber 12
at the PCB landfill. They would like to have some highly
visible highway patrol officers pass through the area
during the march and following demonstration.
