Sit visit was made August 5, 1982 to observe oonstruction
and deter:mine compliance with approval conditions.

Aooeas road (all weather) is constructed and
functional
Monitoring wells are being installed per state
requirements which exceed my specifications
(grouting depth). Background data being gathered
from existing wells.
Surface water background data being gathered
0 Artificial liner installed lAW plans and specifications

0
Rain on night of August 4, 1982 so no work being done
on construction of soil liner August 5, 1982 although
contractor and soils consultant on site.
State (Mr. Strickland) notified August 5, 1982 verbally
that construction is lAW P&S to date.
