RE : Revised Erosion Control Plan
PCB Disposal Site
Warren Cotmty
We have completed our review of the revised sediment and erosion control
plan for the subject project. We are satisfied that it meets the requirements
of Section .0017 of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Title 15, Chapter
4 and are approving it for construction.
As noted in our previous letter, approval is subject to satisfactory
performance of the erosion control measures under field conditions. Should
any of the measures fail to provide effective control, additional measures
may be required.
If construction does not e..o:mmence within one year of this letter, the
approval is void and a resubmittal of plans will be required.
Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this matter.
