-? ff' For several years I, al ong with Mr. 0. W. Strickland and Mr. Bill Myers,
have served on the intra-agency PCB Committee. During this time, the
Committee's activities have been centered on the technical aspects of the
landfill site. The recent ruling by Judge Britt to allow the state to proceed
with construction of the landfill site will undoubtedly necessitate frequent
meeting of this Committee. Since I know essentially nothing about the design,
construction, and operation of a landfill, I would like to be removed from
this Committee. Mr. Strickland and Mr. Myers can surely represent our
Division quite well on this Committee.
With your concurrence, I would appreciateyour informing Mr. Burley Mitchell's
office so that I will be removed from the PCB Committee mailing list.
