The suppleme ntal complaint f iled by Wa rre n County alle ging
our failure to address their complaint a s o f March 11 . I f i led
the State's answer today. As we agree d i n t he l a s t two meetings
the answer indicates that the State will be fili n g an addendum
to the final EIS.
The next step as far as the laws ui t i s c o ncerned is the
filing of the addendum to the final EIS. You will recall that
at the last meeting we discuss ed who wo uld p r epare responses to
various comments. We also discussed including the design and
specs. to the addendum since they we re close to being completed.
Once all of the material for the a dde ndum has been provided
to Frank and Barney I suggest we r e conve n e to discuss it.
