This is in reference to my memo dated December 15, 1980 regarding our
complaint investigation at Hesco, Inc . on December 12. Soil samples were
collected on their property and from the roadside ditch for PCB analysis.
The results of the samples was received by t his office on January 8 . The
lab results indicate that there was no PCB detected in either sample. It
is the staff 's opinion that no additional sampling is necessary from this
site.
