PCB Disposal
A number of new developments h a ve occurre d in the PCB
lawsuits. In addition questions are arising concerning
activities at the Pope site in Warren County.
In order to bring everyone up to date on what is occ urring
I would like to convene the above addressees on Janu ary 14,
1981 at 2:00 in the Crime Control Libra ry, s e cond floor, Archdale
Building. Please make every effort to a ttend.
I would a lso appreciate it if someone wi ll for ward this
memo t o the consultant who has been hired to do the design work.

Topics of discussion will include :
(1) Status of lawsuits
(2) Status of Consultant's work
(3) Permissable activities under the iniunction
(4) Possible hearing on adequacy of the final EIS.
