and disposal of PCB soils.
Iwould also ·like to take this opportunity to more formally
respond to the design criteria which you p roposed for the
landfill in your letter of September 8, 1980. I have dis-
.cussed these proposals with the committee which is addressing
the issue and their consensus is as follows:
