During the thnaa (3) week period of July 27 through August 21 1995, the contractor, MCLaren/Hort, had all four (4) chambers in full operation. Chambers lend 2 """" t-p<>rarily ~hut down in order to install o different type 0£ hlower. Th& blower waa installed in on att&mpt to decr•ese the amount of t~me requi•ed to reaoh the proper temperotur& in the chambera, by increasing the return air flow in the system, The new blo,,,er mada no significllflt clumve in the time -""'!"ired for soil treatment,
EPA ARCS contractor, CDM, began sampling the groundwater from existing wells surrounding the eite for remedial daaiqn. CDM personnel s,uaplad a total of eleven (11) wells; ten (10) other •~isting walls were either de8troyed or could not be found.
sample results ot two (2) eoil piles were received by the contractor and confirmed clean. The state DOT was notified f'o:c> pick up.
The site was shut down during the third week of ~his pollution report due the threat of Hurricane Felik striking th4i area,

contraotor, McLaren/Hart, continued treating contaJrtinate(l
soil-Treatment was slowed by .epaira, both major an4
minor, to the system. These repaira included the followil\gt
