The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
01 - This Facility is under 2 acres in size.
02 - Facility is adequately secured by gates and fencing. 03 - Site has adequate signage. 04 - Waste stored at this facility consist of processed and un-processed land clearing waste and yard waste and is less than 6000 cu/yds. 05 - Siting of this Notified YWN appears to meet all setback requirements.
06 - Access roads are in made of all-weather constructed and maintained. 07 - No non-conforming waste noted in the Yard Waste storage pile. 08 - The required fire lane of 25 ft. minimal is around the Yard Waste piles. 09 - Attendant is onsite during operating hours that are on the sign at the entrance gate. 10 - Facility is being manage well. 11 - Digital pictures were taken during this inspection and some are attached to this report.
