Dear Ms. Dechant:
Subject: Ground,1ater Monitoring
Shelby Plant -Celanese Fibers Operations
Cleveland County
In response to your telephone request, I have enclosed a summary of
available specific constituent analytical data for the Shelby plant
background groundwater monitoring well (D-35) and three other downgradient
monitoring wells (K-28, 0-25 and T-17).
Samples were taken and analyzed in accordance with EPA protocols for
priority pollutants. In addition, for the 12/6/84 sampling round, other
major organic peaks on the GC scans were identified and an estimate of the
concentrations for these compounds was made.
If you have any questions on the data, please give me a call on 554-2975.
Very truly yours,
