Coleman Brandon Long STATUS OF PERMIT: Active PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: Site inspection, including new dewatering drum and additional grease trap. STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: N/A OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: No violations observed. The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the Facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Mules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to MC.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of tip to $15,000 per day may he assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid waste Management Act and Rules. The Greenway Waste Solutions facility is permitted for detention of grease trap waste as described in approved application outline. 2. 'The facility must be maintained and operated in a mamzer to protect both surface water and groundwater. No liquids or solids from the facility were observed in runoff: The facility shall be maintained in a manner to prevent leaks and spills. No leaks or spills were detected. 3. The facility shall be maintained in a manner to effectively control odors. Minimal odors were detected on site. No odor was detected off site of the location. 4. The facility shall be maintained in a manner to minimize attraction or admittance of vectors. No vector presence was observed. 5. Observed storage tanks on site appeared structurally sound. 6. The facility is secured by a fence surrounding the facility, and access is controlled by gates which may be locked. 7. I observed the dewatering drums have been removed and were being replaced with 4 dewatering boxes. The boxes are being drained , at this time, with temporary hoses until hard pipe can be installed.
