ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The purpose of this inspection was to conduct a comprehensive vehicle inspection. 2. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and secured to the frame. 3. Valves and access ports were secure and appeared to be in proper working order. Caps were present on the access
ports to prevent leaking. 4. The truck was properly marked based on lettering requirements. 5. The truck is used to collect portable toilet waste.
