or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of two below grade 1,850-gallon concrete tanks with a total capacity of 3,700-
gallons for the storage of portable toilet waste.
2) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b): The access road is well maintained.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c): The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and well maintained.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) & 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g): No vectors or objectionable odors were noted at
the time of inspection.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i): No vegetation was noted within five (5) feet of the tank.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k): A No Trespassing sign was noted at the tanks.
7) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m): Setback requirements appear to have been met.
