3. The facility accepts waste Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600.
4. Some waste was observed underneath the compactor during this inspection. Ensure that the waste is removed
prior to the end of the operating day.
5. A hole was identified in the bottom of the trailer within the leachate containment area. At the time of this inspection,
leachate was not actively dripping from the hole. Ms. Thompson notified the on -site attendant and stated that the
hole needed to be repaired prior to returning to the transfer station. It is recommended that the trailers are inspected
and repaired as needed to minimize possible leachate releases.
6. One of the empty trailers showed signs of permanent repairs. Good job!
7. Windblown waste was being well -managed around the transfer station.
8. The white goods are stored upright on a concrete pad to the north of the transfer station.
9. During this inspection, the scrap tire trailer was identified to be empty.
10. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection.
