Hello Johnna,
The Section has no objections to the change in base grade elevations for Phase 4, Cell 2. The changed
elevations are higher than the previous approved subgrade elevations for this area.

Attached is a minor modification request for Anson County Landfill. The attached modification requests
to revise the grades within Phase 4 Cell 2. The excavation grades will be raised to be consistent with the
Permit to Construct Application for Phase 5. Construction plans will be submitted to NCDEQ once they
are finalized.

Dear Ms. Wilson:
Weaver Consultants Group, LLC on behalf of Chambers Development of North Carolina,
Inc. is submitting this minor modification application for Phase 4 Cell 2. The excavation
grades for Phase 4 Cell 2 will be raised to be consistent with the submitted Permit to
Construct Application for Phase 5 (see Drawing 2). The vertical separation requirements
per 15A NCAC 13B.1624(b)(4) have still been met. The limits of the cell are entirely
within the approved Phase 4 Cell 2 original limits. Construction plans will be submitted
to NCDEQ once they are finalized.
