Good afternoon Donna, Attached is a minor modification request for Anson County Landfill. The attached modification requests to revise the grades within Phase 4 Cell 2. The excavation grades will be raised to be consistent with the Permit to Construct Application for Phase 5. Construction plans will be submitted to NCDEQ once they are finalized. The excavation grades for Phase 4 Cell 2 will be raised to be consistent with the submitted Permit to Construct Application for Phase 5 (see Drawing 2). The vertical separation requirements per 15A NCAC 13B.1624(b)(4) have still been met. The limits of the cell are entirely within the approved Phase 4 Cell 2 original limits.
