Petroleum groundwater contamination, from a leaking underground storage tank system (UST), has been documented at:
Highway 21 Shell Pantry 5616 US Hwy 21 Jonesville, Yadkin County Incident No.: 45225 Risk Classification: High The UST Incident is located within 1,000 feet of the above referenced water supply well. The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, Winston-Salem Regional Office of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality has requested that Progress Environmental, Inc. sample your water supply well and provide the results to you at no cost. Please contact Jeff Ballsieper, from Progress Environmental, Inc., at 336-722-9999 to set up a time for sampling. The results of the water supply well sample will be provided
