EnviroTrac Ltd. (EnviroTrac), on behalf of Evergreen Resources Group LLC., and Apex Oil
Company Inc., is submitting the enclosed Well Abandonment Records for the above
referenced site. On April 16, 2020, Annamarie Blauser of EnviroTrac oversaw the abandonment of all ten monitoring wells that remained at the site. The abandonment was
conducted by Geologic Exploration Inc., a licensed North Carolina driller, based in
Statesville, N.C. The abandonment was conducted by filling each well with grout via a tremie pipe. Above ground portions of the wells were removed and disposed of.
