Former GNC Energy Corporation 100 Chimney Road Greensboro, Guilford County Incident number: 7691 Risk Classification: Intermediate Ranking: I125D Dear Mr. Crosbie: This office acknowledges the receipt of your Second Semi-Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report of 2020 for the subject site on April 15, 2021. Your cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed and
maintained in the Guilford County Health Department in Greensboro. The review of the report indicates that MW-3R located in the central part of the site was not sampled for more
than 10 years. If the well was damaged, a new replacement well needs to be installed in that area for groundwater sampling. MW-17D is located near the property line in the southern part of the property and needs to be sampled in the future to monitor off-site migration of contaminated groundwater.
