Re: Groundwater Monitoring Plan Former GNC Energy Corporation 100 Chimney Road, Greensboro, Guilford County Incident number: 7691 Risk Classification: Intermediate Ranking: I125D Dear Mr. Crosbie: The Semi-annual Groundwater Monitoring Report of December 27, 2019 for the subject site recommends the monitoring wells be sampled during next semi-annual groundwater monitoring event in June 2020. The historical groundwater sampling results indicate that contaminated groundwater has migrated offsite to two
adjacent properties from the subject site. Therefore, additional monitoring wells need to be added to your plan to continue monitoring offsite migration. In addition to the wells in your plan, MW-34, MW-2D, MW-5SR, MW-5DR, and MW-11D need to be sampled in your future semi-annual monitoring plan.
