Dear Mr. Kramer:

The file for subject incident has been reviewed by the UST Section, Division of Waste Management,
Winston-Salem Regional Office. The review indicates that free product and dissolved contaminant
plumes have comingled with those for Incident #23436 on the subject property.

The UST Section determines the subject incident to be closed. However, assessment and remediation
for this incident need to be conducted under incident #23436 until notice of no further action can be
issued for Incident #23436. Therefore, remediation needs to be continued for Incident #23436, per
Title 15A NCAC 2L .0407 (d).
