Per our telephone conversation, please find attached the most recent Phase II report for the aforementioned site. As I
mentioned, the property owner plans to file a Notice or Residual Petroleum (NRP) at the Davidson County Register of
Deeds office and obtain a NFA. They’re in the process of signing and notarizing the NRP and, once they return it to me,
I’ll forward along to you and begin the public notification process. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
