The influent and effluent were grab sampled as specified in the NCDEQ; Division of Water Quality permit number WQ0006751. The influent detected 47,400 ug/L total VOCs with the only constituents being toluene. The effluent detected 380 ug/L toluene for a removal efficiency of 99.19% and the effluent is below the North Carolina Groundwater Standard for toluene at 600 ug/L. We have included Form GW-59 in Appendix A and documentation in Appendix B. These forms have also been submitted to the NCDEQ Central Files located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
