Spill of approx 60 gallons of fuel from the top of the tank. Phillips Towing out of Wilmington responding for the tractor, trailer and the spill clean up. FNF: A real event, exercise or communications test at a Fixed Nuclear Facility. Non-FNF: Events involving radiological materials unrelated to an on-site fixed nuclear facility. SAR/ELT: Search and Rescue efforts involding local, state or federal resources or activation of an Emergency Locator Transmitter (aircraft or vessel. Aircraft:Incidents involving any aircraft (civilian or military) within the States airspace or on the ground. Boating: Incidents involving any vessel (civilian or military) within the inland or coastal waters. Complaint: Calls from the public reporting illegal activity, releases of hazardous materials or other conditions which may adversely affect the environment.
