Dear Alfred Wooten:
The UST Section, Division of Waste Management, is in receipt of the Initial Assessment and Abatement
report dated February 10, 2023. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Wilmington
Regional Office. The UST Section agrees with the conclusion and recommendations presented in the report.
DWM requests the monitoring well and two other wells on site to be sampled. In addition, provide a receptor
survey indicating the locations of the wells in proximity to the contaminated area that includes all potential
receptors within 1,000 ft radius of the spill. Please submit this report within 90 days (May 2023).
