Hey Liz, sorry for the delay, I completely forgot to send the UST-2 form. Yes, we actually ended removing the tanks on
9/28/22 due the tanks being full of water and took a while to pump out. We’re returning next Wednesday to finish
removing the remaining product lines that we couldn’t remove due to the deck obstructing the rest.

So for the soil results have reported the TPH data below the action levels with the exception of one sample collected
along the product line nearest to the former dispenser locations. However, we believe this detection is possibly due to
the groundwater since it was encountered at approximately 3-4 feet below grade and was observed to have a slight
petroleum sheen on its surface.

I’ll send the UST-2 and UST-61 form shortly.

Hi Annette and John,
Just checking in with your group to see it a UST-2 had been received for the removal of the tanks at this site? I
did not see it online in the PIBS database.

I received the attached UST-3 but have not heard back from the consultant stating if these tanks were in fact
removed on 9/27/2022 as proposed through email correspondence.
