Attached is information on tank closure of tank ID#s 1 – 3 for 1991. The 4th tank removed in 1991 is not included in that
closure; however, the original registration showed this tank as KEROSENE, not DIESEL so this may have been a heating
fuel tank for onsite use. I have no closure information on the 4th tank. Webb Geer did verbally tell me in 1995 that this
tank was removed. Attached is a copy of the original registration showing the 4th tank.

Hi Annette,
I have a UST incident at the subject facility. There were tanks removed in 1/1991 per PIBS database.
2
Do you happen to have any records for these tanks being removed in 1991 in your files? We have nothing about these
tanks in the Wilmington Regional Office Files.
Let me know if you can find anything when you get a chance.
Thank you.

Bruce,

Attached is a 20 Day Report + UST-61 for the referenced site. You approved a permit to dispose of
approximately 30 cubic yards of soils from beneath tank #T1 at this site. Samples at the limits of
excavation were below Action Levels following remedial soil excavation activities. Please note that the
gasoline MPDs and some product lines were connected to new ASTs and are still in use at this
facility. After your review of this report, please let me know if you want us to collect additional piping
samples for the MPDs and product lines that were not closed.
Thanks,
Henry Nemargut, P.E.
