Dear Mr. Prince:

On January 16, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section received the subject report,
prepared on your behalf by Geological Resources, Inc. The report summarizes recent sampling activities
conducted at the subject site in December 2022. The DWM thanks you for this report.

After review of this report and the Proposed Remedial Action section, the UST Section would like
to note that Risk-based closure at this site would need to include the following: 1.) Connection of WSW-2
property to public water, 2.) Abandonment of WSW-1 and WSW-2, and 3.) Fate and Transport Modeling
completed for all water supply wells within 1,000 feet.

If abandonment of WSW-1 and WSW-2 are not completed prior to December 2023, a sampling
event should be completed and a groundwater monitoring report submitted. The next Monitoring Report
should be submitted to the Division no later than January 1, 2024.

Please submit a pre-approval authorization form before any work has been completed if State Trust
Fund reimbursement is anticipated. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact me at
