Dear Mr. Lann:

The Wilmington Regional Office – Underground Storage Tank Section – has reviewed the subject
report as well as other records on file for the subject site. The UST Section is requiring another groundwater
sampling event with additional downgradient monitoring wells included and that a plume stability analysis be
conducted to evaluate contaminant trends. The monitoring wells were last sampled in October 2021 and should be
resampled June-July 2022.
