As your property is adjacent to a former Underground Storage Tank (UST) facility which had
reported a petroleum release in 1997, the UST Section, Department of Waste Management, Wilmington
Regional Office is requesting access to your property to sample your water supply well. This office would
like to sample your well in order to move the petroleum release incident toward a No Further Action Status.
