As the subject property was a former petroleum retail facility that had reported a petroleum release
in 1997, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section, Wilmington Regional Office is requesting access
to your property to sample your water. We are aware that the water supply well connected to this property
is located on the adjacent property and attempt are being made to contact the adjacent property owner also.
This office would like to sample your water supply in order to move the petroleum release incident toward
a No Further Action Status.

from the faucet/spigot, and so that I can answer any questions you may have regarding the petroleum release
