Attached is a review letter for the latest MR at the subject site. 

I have also attached a map of suggested locations for additional MW’s (red x’s on map) to delineate FP and 
GCL’s. 

The way I believe that this all should be handled moving forward is: 

1. Submit a TA for MW installation, required permits since wells will be in ROW, soil TPH sampling (2 
samples per well), and an Accelerated Site Characterization (ASC) Report 
a. During installation of these wells, soil should be screened across the entire length using a PID or 
other field screening devise. The highest screened area of each well boring submitted for TPH 
analysis: 1 TPH sample in the highest PID Reading in the unsaturated zone and 1 TPH sample in 
the highest PID reading in the saturated zone 
i. The highest TPH soil sample in the unsaturated zone should be submitted for risk‐based 
sampling (no risk‐based analysis in the saturated zone) 
ii. Additional soil sample points can be collected during this stage and analysis submitted 
for TPH in unsaturated/saturated zones so that a fuller picture of soil data in this area 
can be determined, but I am going to leave that up to you. 
iii. Soil sample information can be submitted in the ASC Report. 

2. Once the MW’s have been installed, submit a TA for the GW Monitoring Event and Report.   

I am trying to get this site either to a point where additional soil could be removed or we can move toward a 
Corrective Action Feasibility Study.
