The Underground Storage Tank Section – Wilmington Regional Office – has reviewed the subject
report. The Section agrees with your consultant’s recommendation to continue with semiannual
groundwater sampling of selected monitoring wells and sampling of the Pridgen and Bolden water
supply wells and also to review alternative remedial options once a PFAS free water source is found.
