(GRI) presents this information to complete the scope of work that was requested and approved as Task Authorization 12613-30 for the above referenced site (Figure 1). These activities were conducted in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) correspondence dated January 3, 2018. Please find enclosed the applicable site location map, site map and laboratory report for the above referenced site. Ground water samples were collected from monitoring wells MW-14 and MW-21 on December 27, 2018. The collected ground water samples were submitted for laboratory analyses of volatile organic compounds using EPA Method 6200B. Concentrations of requested method constituents that exceeded the Maximum Allowable Concentrations specified in T15A NCAC 2L.0202 were reported in the ground water samples collected from MW-14 and MW-21. The concentration of benzene reported in the ground water sample collected from MW-21 exceeded the Gross Contamination Level. A Plume Stability Analysis using the GSI Mann-Kendall Toolkit was completed on January 10, 2019. The results of the Plume Stability Analysis indicate that benzene concentrations are decreasing in MW- 14, while no trend is observed for MW-21. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at (704) 845-4010 if you have any questions or require additional information.
