(GRI) presents this information to complete the scope of work that was requested and approved as Task Authorization (TA) 12613-27 for the above referenced site (Figure 1). These activities were conducted in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) correspondence dated September 27, 2016. Please find enclosed the applicable site location map, site map and laboratory report for the above referenced site. Ground water samples were collected from monitoring wells MW-14, MW-21 and MW-24 on February 7, 2017. The collected ground water samples were submitted for laboratory analyses of volatile organic compounds using EPA Method 6200B. Concentrations of requested method constituents that exceeded the Maximum Allowable Concentrations specified in T15A NCAC 2L.0202 were reported in the ground water samples collected from MW-14 and MW-21. Concentrations of benzene and 1,2-dichloroethane reported in the ground water sample collected from MW-21 exceeded the Gross Contamination Levels. Subsequent to sampling, absorbent booms were replaced in MW-14 and MW-21 to passively absorb any free product that may recharge into the wells. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at (704) 845-4010 if you have any questions or require additional information.
