There is no reason why MW-10 was not sampled, it was just simply missed.. We didn’t catch that it
wasn’t sampled until after we received the lab results. It doesn’t help that MW-10 a key well for this
site, so that is my fault..

After reviewing the field notes and analytical data; it seems that MWD-5 was sampled mistakenly for
MW-3. The total well depth measured while sampling was 35’ BGS which is 15’ deeper than MW-3
total well depth. So yes it seems they were mistakenly mis sampled.

Ethan,

For the RAM#1/A&A January sampling event:
1. Was there a reason MW-10 wasn’t sampled, and
2. Did you review whether or not the anomalous low results at MW-3 were indicative of a
potential missampling of MWD-5 (which has historical results similar to those seen this event
reported for MW-3)?
