(GRI) presents this information to complete the scope of work that was requested and approved as Task Authorization 11891-41 for the above referenced site (Figure 1). These activities were conducted in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) correspondence dated June 2, 2017. Please find enclosed the applicable site location map, site map and laboratory report for the above referenced site. A ground water sample was collected from MW-1 on December 28, 2017. The collected ground water sample was submitted for laboratory analyses of volatile organic compounds using EPA Method 6200B. Concentrations of requested method constituents that exceeded the Maximum Allowable Concentrations specified in T15A NCAC 2L.0202 were reported in the ground water sample collected from MW-1. None of the reported contaminant concentrations exceeded the Gross Contamination Levels. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at (704) 845-4010 if you have any questions or require additional information. Sincerely, Geological Resources, Inc. William Regenthal, P. G.
