The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section is in receipt of the Remediation Monitoring Report
dated July 5, 2017. The report has been reviewed and will be maintained in the Washington Regional Office. Groundwater and soil contamination at the site remain at levels above the states action levels.
After review of the report and the incident file this office request that you please conduct the following activities or provide the requested information after submitting and receiving signed Directed Preapproval / Claim Authorization forms:
•Conduct a semiannual groundwater sampling event of (MWl thru MW3), MW-7,MW-14, MW-23, MW-27, MW-28, RW-3 and RW-4. Sample surface water during
this sampling event. Sample the monitoring wells and surface water using EPA method6200B. Submit the semiannual monitoring report by January 7, 2018.
