(GRI) presents this information to complete the scope of work that was requested and approved as Task Authorization (TA) 11085-56 for the above referenced site (Figure 1). These activities were conducted in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) correspondence dated March 23, 2018. Please find enclosed the applicable site location map, site map and laboratory report for the above referenced site. Ground water samples were collected from three Type II monitoring wells (MW-3, MW-10, and MW-17) on September 4, 2018. The collected ground water samples were submitted for laboratory analyses of volatile organic compounds using EPA Method 6200B. Concentrations of requested method constituents that exceeded the Maximum Allowable Concentrations specified in T15A NCAC 2L.0202 were reported in the ground water samples collected from MW-3, MW-10 and MW-17. None of the reported contaminant concentrations exceeded the Gross Contamination Levels. Additionally, field parameters were collected during the ground water sampling event, and the ORC-A socks installed in February 2018 were returned to the respective wells following the completion of the September 2018 sampling event. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at (704) 845-4010 if you have any questions or require additional information.
