(GRI) presents this information to complete the scope of work that was requested and approved as Task Authorization (TA) 10000-60 for the above referenced site (Figure 1). These activities were conducted in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) correspondence dated February 1, 2019. Please find enclosed the applicable site location map, site map, site vicinity map and laboratory report for the above referenced site. Ground water samples were collected from two Type II monitoring wells (MW-2R and MW-11) on October 3, 2019. The collected ground water samples were submitted for laboratory analyses of volatile organic compounds using EPA Method 6200B. Concentrations of requested method constituents that exceeded the Maximum Allowable Concentrations specified in T15A NCAC 2L.0202 were reported in the ground water samples collected from MW-2R and MW-11. None of the reported contaminant concentrations exceeded the Gross Contamination Levels. Upon conclusion of the sampling event, the Universal Remediation BioSocks that were installed in MW-2R and MW-11 in January 2019 were discarded. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned at (704) 845-4010 if you have any questions or require additional information.
