Groundwater Incident No. 87640
This office received the soil remediation report for the referenced property on March 7, 2006. The
report detailed the soil excavation and soil sampling associated with petroleum releases at the
site. Based on the laboratory results from that sampling, no further action is required at this time.
Should new information become available concerning this matter, we reserve the right to reopen
the investigation.
